Parish Credit Union welcomes Senator Teresa Fedor and Representative Peter Ujvagi!

 

The Ladies of Parish Federal Credit Union recently gathered to celebrate the birth of Heather's newest addition, Kyle Michael Chupp. Kyle was born on June 19th weighing in at 7 pounds 1 ounce and 21 inches. Both mom and baby are doing well. We all eagerly await Heather's return in late August.

Eddie Chmielowicz and Natalie Weeks fulfilled the position of student tellers during the 2008 - 2009 school year at St. John the Baptist. During their experience, Eddie and Natalie met with a credit union staff member each Friday morning to determine the amount of each deposit, complete a voucher for each deposit and reconciled daily voucher totals with the daily cash total. These students then had the hands-on experience of entering the transactions in the credit union's data processing system. Throughout the year, the student tellers processed over 900 deposits. The skills developed during the course of this year long program will contribute to future educational and employment endeavors. We at Parish grately appreciate Eddie and Natalie's commitment to the S.A.V.E.S program and wish them well as they embark on their high school careers.
